What does a fractional GTM team cost?

What is the difference between a fractional CMO and a fractional GTM team?

A fractional CMO is one person, usually on strategy and demand. A fractional GTM team is three operators - strategy and AI, brand and martech, outbound and sales - who also build the work, not just direct it. You can start with one operator and add the others as you grow.

Do I have to start with the full pod?
